Ringwood Movie Makers is one of Australia's most successful non-professional movie making clubs. The club was formed in 1956 by a group of movie makers using film cameras. Over time the thrust of the club has changed and members now produce movies using digital cameras and equipment.

The club members produce videos in a variety of formats on a variety of media, Standard Definition, High Definition, 4:3, 16:9, wide screen, Blu-ray, DV tape and memory cards such as SD, CF etc.

The club conducts movie competitions for its members and participates in many local, national and international events.

In addition there are special interest groups that include a:

Animation GroupCamera and film
Syllabus Group
Club Promotional Group.
Special Events Group
as well as Community Support programs

We welcome visitors to attend and enjoy our fortnightly meetings.
